All the downloads and kits on this website are designed and produced by Judith Drew of Crafty Ferret who is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

Due to the ever changing availability of the materials required to produce Crafty Ferrets products, we reserve the right to change any of the materials used in the production of the products from those detailed on the web site. Although this will have a minimum effect on the quality of the item.

Due to the nature of cameras, computers and printers it is impossible to be 100% accurate when comparing website and printed photographs to the finished product, so some slight variations may be expected.

The colours on the 'Bead a Card' patterns provided as part of the 'Bead a Card' downloads and kits have been carefully chosen to match the beads supplied by Crafty Ferret as closely as possible. Unfortunately it is impossible to be 100% accurate. Crafty Ferret cross stitch charts have been created with comercially available cross stitch software using the DMC colour palette supplied with that software, variations from the recommended DMC thread colour codes to the purchased item can be expected. Colours are selected as a guide only and can be changed by the crafter to suit their tastes and needs.

All items and images designed by Judith Drew of Crafty Ferret are subject to copyright. This includes photographs, graphic images, 'Bead a Card' pricking and beading patterns and Crafty Ferret cross stitch charts (free or purchased), all the contents of any downloads (free or purchased), the web site logo, content of instructions leaflets and any graphic images used within.

Do not copy, republish, sell, display, modify, adapt, rent, lease, loan or distribute any of the items purchased from this web site or images contained within it.

Please do not use any of the images from this web site to promote your own website, blog or products without prior permission from the owner Judith Drew.

View and print any downloaded items in their published format as many times as you require for your own use. Only finished items produced from Crafty Ferret 'Bead a Card' downloads and kits, and Crafty Ferret cross stitch charts may be displayed in any media, given away or sold for profit or charity. Please mention Crafty Ferret when passing or selling on any finished craft items.
