We hope you will be more than happy with your Crafty Ferret purchases. As customer satisfaction is of great importance to us we would be happy to replace most items if you find them to be unsatisfactory for your use.

Please note we cannot accept returns on downloads.

If you wish to return an item please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order stating your name, address, order number (which can be found on your invoice), product details and an explanation of why you wish to return the item. Please do not return any item without emailing us first.

Return your item within 14 days unopened, unused, in a saleable condition and well packaged. Ensure that you enclose a copy of the invoice thay was sent with your order. Please obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office so that you can take the matter up with the Post Office if your item is lost. Crafty Ferret is not responsible for any returned items lost in the post. Sorry we do not refund the postage costs for any items returned due to a change of mind.

If you wish to order a different item as a replacement please order through the web site in the normal way.

We will of course offer a full refund or an exchange for any items that are found to be faulty or incomplete without any extra cost to you. Please notify us, as explained above within 7 days before returning any item.

Refunds will be paid through Paypal.
