Crafty Ferret downloads do not incur any delivery costs.
Ordering
To shop with Crafty Ferret and to retrieve your patterns by download you will be required to set up an account. You are required to fill in all the requested information.
Your country is required to calculate any delivery costs. The full delivery address (if required) will be the one registered with Paypal which is sent to us as part of your ordering process. Please ensure this is your correct address.
Once your purchase is completed you can go to your account to download your files and to check your order history.
Crafty Ferret uses PayPal to process your payment. When you proceed to checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will need to provide your credit card details or login to your PayPal account.
PayPal is safe, secure and accepts the following credit cards without requiring a PayPal account.
Crafty Ferret does not have access to your Credit or Debit card details.
After PayPal have accepted your payment, you will be sent a confirmation email detailing the items ordered.
Downloads will be available in your Crafty Ferret account for 28 days from immediately after PayPal have accepted your payment.
