I don't like making payments over the internet but I would still like to receive my patterns by download, can I pay by any other means?

If you would like to receive downloads instantly or are ordering from outside the UK then the only method of payment available is Paypal. If you are ordering from the UK and you don't mind waiting for your patterns and beads I am happy to accept a cheque or postal order through the post. You will need to print out and fill in this order form to send with your cheque. As soon as your cheque has cleared through the bank I will email your downloads to you and post any beads or kits. Sorry, I can't accept credit card payments over the phone.

I haven't got a printer, can I order paper patterns to be sent through the post?

Yes there are two ways to do this:

1. For customers anywhere in the world send me an email listing all patterns, beads or kits you would like to order, including the product codes and your name and address. I will send you a Paypal invoice by email, as soon as I receive your payment I will post your order.

2. If you are ordering from the UK and would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, email or phone me with your name, address and a list of the items you wish to order, or if you prefer I can post you an order form.

Paper copies of all patterns are 50p more than download copies to cover my printing costs, costs for bags of beads and kits remain the same as those published on the website.

That's easy just print out and fill in this order form and send it with your cheque or postal order, as soon as your cheque has cleared I will post your paper copies to you.

What do paper copies of 'Bead a Card' patterns and Cross stitch charts include?

You will be sent 2 copies of any 'Bead a Card' patterns you order with one set of instructions. Cross stitch printed charts are sent in the same format as downoad charts, see my free sample cross stitch chart as an example of what you will get. If any of the patterns or charts ordered include free backing papers, two copies of each backing paper will be supplied. The print quality is the best that my printer can produce on good quality white printer paper or 220gsm bright white card for the backing paper frames.

I want to order a paper copy of OMG UR16 but I want a different age on my pattern, what do I do?

When you fill in the details on your order form simply change the code to the age you require, for example if you require a 'Bead a Card' pattern to read OMG UR21 then the code will be BAC#UR21-01 and the description will be Bead a Card OMG UR21. If you require the pattern as a cross stitch chart then the code will be CFX#UR21-01 and the description will be Cross stitch OMG UR21.
